ON-SITE Accounting Admin Assistant - Not Remote

Adecco is looking for candidates in Everett WA for an ONSITE Administration Assistant in the Accounting department at our client for a short term assignment expected to last 8-10 months.
Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm
Pay is $25-30/hour based on previous experience.
Candidates should have previous experience as an admin assistant in any capacity, accounting is a plus. Must have experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint. Experience managing documents both on paper and electrically following set protocols.. Ability to clearly communicate in person, by phone and written with employees at all levels of the organization. Pride in doing a good job, being at work daily and work within a team.
Basic Job Duties:
+ Ordering, tracking and delivering required supplies for the department and team members.
+ Drafting or proofreading emails, reports, or other documents
+ Taking and/or transcribing meeting notes
+ Bookkeeping and data entry
+ Pick up, sort and delver mail and packages received for the department and team members.
+ Process invoices, add new customers and notify correct team members as needed.
+ Record checks and credit card transactions.
+ Schedule AR meetings with department members.
+ Answering department phone calls and emails, taking messages and answering questions.
+ Provides W-9 to customers.
+ Managers Default collectors accounts.
+ Handles all 3 Rd party Agency files, sending invoices and final demand notices.
**Pay Details:** $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
