Volt is immediately hiring for an On-Camera Performance Coach in Inglewood, CA.

As an On-Camera Performance Coach you will:

Elevate the presence and delivery of our on-air talent. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in television, broadcasting, or media coaching who are passionate about helping individuals shine on screen.

As a key member of our Talent Development team, you will work closely with hosts and contributors to enhance their communication skills, vocal presence, and overall presentation style. Your expertise will help shape how our talent connects with millions of viewers across platforms.

Enhance On-Camera Presence:
Coach individuals to develop confidence, authenticity, and engaging body language during live and recorded segments. Vocal Coaching & Communication Techniques:
Improve voice projection, clarity, pacing, and tone to ensure compelling and professional delivery. Content Delivery & Storytelling:
Guide talent on structuring content, using impactful language, and delivering messages with clarity and charisma. Performance Evaluation & Feedback:
Conduct detailed assessments of on-air performance and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement. Specialized Coaching for Sports Media:
Offer tailored coaching for sports broadcasting, entertainment segments, and live event coverage. Ongoing Development & Support:
Provide consistent mentorship and training to help talent evolve and adapt to changing media demands. Industry Expertise:
Leverage your experience in television or media to navigate the unique challenges of live broadcasting and viewer engage

This is a full-time contract opportunity.

Schedule - 8am to 5pm - 5 days a week, this schedule includes weekends with 2 days off during the week. 

The ideal candidate must have:

Completely open availability (must have flexibility to production demands) Proven experience in television, broadcasting, media coaching, or performance training Strong understanding of on-camera dynamics and viewer engagement strategies Must have background working within a corporate structured environment Flexible; ability to adapt to changing priorities and multiple tasks Proficiency in collaboration and/or problem-solving Ability to take initiative and must have the confidence to learn in a "live" environment Must be reliable with excellent corporate organizational skills and very strong attention to detail Ability to work well with a team Integrity, honesty, openness, and a willingness to operate as a team leader.

Pay Range: $70.00-$90.00 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
