Responsibilities: Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for patients Provide education and support to patients and their families Requirements: Current RN license in the state of Utah Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or hospice Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Compassionate and empathetic demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a team About Us:Harmony Home Health & Hospice has been providing exceptional care to patients in the Clearfield, UT area for over 10 years.
