**Overview** **Overview:** WILK, Scranton/Wilkes-Barre’s newstalk leader is seeking a Part-Time Talk Host. **Responsibilities** **What You'll Do:** + Create original content and performing live broadcasts that are entertaining and informative. + Participate and create original content for all social media platforms; managing online personality presence. + Protect the station’s FCC license. + Keeping up with and knowing the news of the day. + Ensure that promotions and contests are executed properly. **Qualifications** **More About You:** **Required & Preferred:** + Candidates must have one year radio, television, and/or newspaper reporting/writing experience or equivalent experience in broadcasting. + Must exude personality and not be afraid to have strong opinions as well as possess the ability to entertain in person. + This unique individual should possess an interest in current events and news. + Must be an excellent communicator with strong creative skills. + Knowledge of the format and audience required. + Excellent on-air voice and storytelling skills. **Important Notes:** Please be aware that Audacy will **never** ask you to send money at any point during the hiring process.
