We're now looking for an OMS Coordinator to support the implementation and embedding of the Operations Management System (OMS) on site.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

\n\nSupport the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an Organisation that delivers\nSupport the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management\nSupport the implementation and maintenance of the Job Standardisation\nSupport the continuous improvement and lean methodologies\nOversee & Support the Site Control Room\n\n

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

\n\nMinimum of 2 years' experience managing an operations management system.\nAt least 12 months of hands-on experience in operational environments such as retail stores, manufacturing, or warehousing.\nStrong IT proficiency, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.\nExcellent verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders.\nCustomer service experience is desirable, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.\n\n
