We're looking for OMS Clerk to perform various Administrative and operational tasks for a retail and covenenince warehouse

\n

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

\n\nOrder Processing: Receive and process customer orders in the OMS, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.\nInventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure stock availability for orders.\nCustomer Communication: Liaise with customers regarding order status, delivery updates, and any issues that may arise.\nProblem Resolution: Address and resolve order-related issues, such as discrepancies or delays, in a timely manner.\nReporting: Generate and analyze reports related to order fulfillment, inventory levels, and operational performance.\nCollaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as logistics and sales, to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.\nCompliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and standards.\n\n

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

\n\nAttention to Detail: Ability to accurately input and manage order information to minimize errors.\nOrganizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple orders and tasks effectively.\nTechnical Proficiency: Familiarity with order management systems and software, along with basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, WOS, Payroll and user systems )\nCustomer Service Orientation: A commitment to providing excellent service and addressing customer needs promptly.\nFamiliarity with Kronos, Smart times and Payroll systems would be beneficial \n\n
