What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be

Developing top key customers through the execution of differentiated national and customized activitiesEnsuring regular customer engagement to further build business and relationshipEnsuring perfect basics such as stock availability, replenishment across all branches, visibility and merchandising of products in-storeResponsible for leading field execution teams to ensure perfect basics, efficient store operations, and competitive growthPlanning and executing category-growing initiatives (both online and offline) to win in the customer via cross-functional engagement and stakeholder managementResponsible for point-of-purchase excellence based on agreed key performance indicatorsEnsuring successful new store openings by making Unilever brands stand out inside the store.With coordination with FEG Team, evaluate overall manpower structure of the customer.Leads the Perfect Store execution across storesEnsure display guidelines are aligned to customer and the execution teamBe able to evaluate and recommend overall rentals and display model of the accounts.

Experiences & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree holderExcellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skillsHighly data driven - must have proficient MS Excel capabilitiesMust be agile and self-motivated with an unrelenting growth mindsetMust be action and detail-orientedFresh graduates are welcome to applyExcellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
