About the team:

 

Excited to drive the strategy, design, and execution of a global guided selling framework that enables share of wallet gains and improved customer commercial performance? This role combines data analytics, digital tools, strategic product and customer business development and cross-functional collaboration powered by state-of-the-art program management to deliver actionable insights and enable consistent sales execution across all off & online channels enabling incremental sales growth.

 

Your tasks as Omnichannel Guided Selling Program Lead (m/f/d):

 

Strategic Program Leadership: Define the vision, goals, and KPIs for the guided selling program. Align program objectives with broader business strategies (e.g., category growth, market strategy, digital transformation). Establish governance and performance routines to ensure program scalability and impact. Business Guidance & Recommendations: Translate customer, product, and market data into intelligent business recommendations that support sales and category management teams. Manage a pool of performance and growth recommendations and activate them through the most effective channels. Technology & Tools Integration: Lead the design and implementation of guided selling platforms (e.g., recommendation engines, dashboards). Integrate tools with CRM and eCommerce systems. Embed guided selling into sales processes such as pipeline management and visit planning. Commercial Conditions:  Partner with Sales and Category Management teams to activate upsell/cross-sell strategies. Integrate recommendations into commercial frameworks and optimize pricing & commercial conditions models. Performance & Change Management: Monitor key metrics (SOM/SOW, conversion, engagement) and drive adoption through training and stakeholder engagement.

 

Your profile as Omnichannel Guided Selling Program Lead (m/f/d):

 

6–8 years of experience in similar role, automotive background would be an asset. Proven expertise in process mapping and optimization using methodologies like Six Sigma and Lean. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to support data-driven decision-making. Solid business acumen and experience managing complex projects and meeting performance targets Deep understanding of customer buying journeys and CRM workflows. Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and CRM platforms (especially Salesforce.com). Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with the ability to solve problems and drive change; experience leading remote teams and implementing change at scale. Fluent in English; additional Polish is a plus.
