Description

Act as a strategic leader in Sanofi Brazil's omnichannel transformation, responsible for orchestrating personalized and integrated experiences throughout the customer journey. The Omnichannel Business Lead will serve as the bridge between local business areas and global hubs, ensuring execution excellence, adoption of innovative technologies, and maximization of commercial impact.

 Strategic Leadership & Planning:

- Develop and lead local omnichannel strategy aligned with Go-To-Market (GTM) archetypes and global/local portfolio priorities

- Build comprehensive omnichannel plans and strategic partnerships focused on customers (HCPs, HCOs, Payers, Clinics, Patients, and other stakeholders)

- Act as strategic partner to Global Business Units (GBUs), translating engagement plans into effective omnichannel journeys

 Campaign Management & Execution:

- Orchestrate multichannel campaigns with focus on personalization, dynamic segmentation, and continuous data-driven optimization

- Promote standardization of processes, content governance, and operational excellence across campaigns, websites, and social media

- Manage interface with execution hubs, ensuring quality, agility, and consistency in deliverables

 Digital Transformation & Technology:

- Lead adoption of global platforms and tools such as Turing and DAI_Vinci, promoting digital transformation and automation

- Drive innovation through strategic use of Artificial Intelligence for project management and data analysis

- Ensure seamless integration of omnichannel technologies and platforms

 Performance & Analytics:

- Monitor KPIs and generate actionable insights in partnership with Analytics and Performance teams for continuous optimization

- Establish measurement frameworks and success metrics for omnichannel initiatives

- Drive data-driven decision making across all omnichannel activities

Individual Contributors

• Maintain knowledge and comply with Ethics and Integrity principles, Sanofi policies, and codes of conduct that regulate the pharmaceutical market.

About you

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related fields

- Solid experience in digital marketing, multichannel campaigns, and/or digital transformation

- Experience in complex corporate environments, preferably in pharmaceutical or consumer goods sectors

 Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Power BI, CMS, Veeva, and similar platforms

- Strong analytical capabilities, strategic vision, results orientation, and excellent communication skills

- Advanced English proficiency (mandatory)

 Core Competencies:

- Strategic thinking and business acumen

- Adaptability and change management

 Preferred Experience:

- Experience with GloCal (Global + Local) operating models

- Participation in organizational transformation projects

- Strategic utilization of Artificial Intelligence for project management and data analysis

 Additional Assets:

- Experience in pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance

- Knowledge of healthcare ecosystem and stakeholder dynamics

- Certification in relevant marketing or digital platforms
