You’ll work in a matrix organisation and report operationally through OMNIA Training and functionally through the Raytheon UK Programme Management Team. Ultimately, you’ll work for the British Army, championing innovation, and helping shape the future of military training.

Main Duties

The OMNIA Reporting Service and Continuous Improvement Lead is responsible for overseeing the delivery of the Reporting Service within the OMNIA Assure function. This role ensures the accurate, timely, and insightful reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Management Information (Mis) and Performance Indicators (PIs) across the Army Collective Training System (ACTS). The Reporting Service and Continuous Improvement Lead will manage a team of analysts and collaborate closely with the Authority to support decision-making and continuous improvement. L

Lead the development and implementation of reporting frameworks aligned with ACTS governance structuresManage the Reporting Service team, ensuring delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual reports in line with specified requirements.Oversee the creation of dashboards and data visualisationsEnsure reporting aligns with ISO 9001 and IS 44001 standards for quality and collaborationSupport the Authority in monitoring the health of the collaborative relationships and training system performanceProvide reporting to the ACTS Governance forumsMaintain a centralised, secure repository of reports and assure accessibility for authorised stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement by integrating insights into the Quality Improvement and Action PlanDevelop strong relationships with the customers and subcontractors to ensure that they are meeting their commitments to the project.

Who we are looking for:

We’re after individuals who want to serve. You’ll have a mission focus, and the enthusiasm and drive to ‘get things done’.  You’ll want to work in collaboration with other defence training organisations, and the British Army. You won’t let bureaucracy get in the way of what needs to be done, you’ll learn lessons and share these lessons across the team. You won’t necessarily have a military background, but you’ll understand what it means to serve and to put the mission first.

Success will require innovative thinking, forward planning, and an ability to react quickly to changes. There will be significant exposure and excellent opportunity to advance within the company.

Minimum 5 years experience in programme management reporting, data analysis or performance managementProven leadership in managing within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.Degree or equivalent in Programme Management, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or related field. A recognised project management qualification is highly desirable.Experience with AI-enabled analytics platformsProficiency in data analysis toolsExcellent organisational skills and an able communicator in verbal, written and presentational forms to all audiences.Familiarity with ISO standards (9001, 44001) and Defence JSPs. Able to anticipate problems, identify innovative and logical solutions, and then to confidently enact them.Methodical, hardworking, enthusiastic and able to work well under pressureDegree qualified in a technical or project management related discipline, or with equivalent non-academic experience.  A recognised project management qualification is highly desirable.The successful candidate will be required to complete the SC Security Clearance application.
