**Job Description** **: Omni Channel Manager**
+ **Strategy Development & Implementation:** Develop O2O (Online-to-Offline) strategy and roadmap for Online channels including e-Retailers- & Brick and Mortar
+ **Channel Integration:** Lead strategic projects that will drive the business towards full omnichannel capabilities
+ **Sales & Revenue Growth :** Roll-out of innovative online activations that increase efficiencies and experience across various channels to drive profitable sales to company
+ **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Work Collaboratively with trade marketing and e-commerce team to ensure price alignment within approved guideline
+ **Customer Management :** Engage and partner with retailers to drive short to long term plans and get customer full support for Abbott portfolio management
**Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in offline channels and online channel with Modern Trade customers
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills to lead/ collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage internal/external stakeholders and partners
+ Solid knowledge of e-commerce platforms to be able to work and collaborate with customer effectively
+ A strategic growth mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans
+ Strong ability to analyze campaign performance/ promotion evaluation in order to improve efficiency and profitability of P&L
