Lead & develop corporate omni-channel HCP engagement strategy & roadmapLead corporate omni-channel solution design & iterationLead corporate wide digital content factory mechanism design & operationLead organization’s field force change management for transformation adoption and sales team productivity improvementDesign and implement omni-channel campaigns to activate both HCP and field forceCollaborate with cross functions to ensure the transformational initiatives and digital innovation in new product launch excellence and mature product LCMIntegrate digital partner capabilities to maximize HCP facing services and internal user experiencesTrack omni-channel effectiveness, ensure that aligned with digital strategy, digital governance, legal and compliance guidelinesQualifications & Skills:
