Lead O2O briefing Planning with customer & Align JTBD & Target Online of that category by working with CSP & KA Planner.
Plan with stakeholder for O2O Integrated Planning UAP N+3 of categories: Assortment, Perfect Launch, O2O + Online exclusive Promotion, Thematic, Media, Data Management.
Ensure the deployment of Unilever’s 7OA content for customer OMNI platform that be in line with Unilever’s content asset bank and customer content framework/guideline: Hero Image refresh, Innnovation launching.
Ensure to plan & deploy O2O succesful launch with customer via strong collaboration with KA Planners, DMC and Marketing to drive demand creation plan via strong on-site, E-content deployment & demand creation plan via utilizition of data & DDM.
Set-up on on-site assett deployment: Search deployment, build plan to win organic search of customer by leverage levers of conversion, content, traffic, promotion.
Set-up On-site Campaign/visibility to ensure drive category plan & activities in customer OMNI platform: banner content, landing page design, campaign tracking & evaluation, ensure strong presence in Unilever-led & Customer-led campaign, OMNI platform’s Category Page & all required conversion touchpoint required, SIS design & deployment.
Set-up media/CRM campaign to assigned customer: match category JTBD and shopper segmentation required, discuss media budget planning, deploy campaign operation & media performance evaluation for assigned categories & customer.
O2O Stock Operation of that category: Follow PO, Orders and address issue related to Code, MOW, delivery timing. Follow with Operation team to solve OLA issue and deploy fixing plan with Unilever, supply chain & customer operation team.
