Job Overview:

The Talent Management Central Team (TMC) is a team within Oliver Wyman’s Human Capital (HC) department and is designed to offer program management and administrative support to Talent Managers across a number of Talent Management processes. The TMC will have global responsibilities and will work seamlessly with the global Talent Management team, as well as with Talent Managers in each of our Teams and Regions.

The TMC will also be responsible for interfacing with senior group of stakeholders from across the TM and HC function.

The Coordinator Role requires mastery of core coordinator responsibilities, knowledge of Staffing and Performance Management system. This role entails managing multiple demands and competing priorities in a timely manner.

* THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE THAT REQUIRES A PRESENCE IN THE OFFICE 2 DAYS PER WEEK. THERE IS NO OPTION TO BE FULLY REMOTE.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Activities related to programs and processes for consultant talent and performance management processes, including, but not limited to performance management, global consultant programs, staffing system updates, reporting, developing training materials, and ad hoc Talent Management requests across Oliver Wyman.

Note that while the role will focus on the areas above, some additional support for Talent Management activities may also be required.

Staffing MIS

Update basic staffing and other system data updates

Generate predefined and ad hoc reports from staffing systems

Conduct regularly scheduled and ad hoc analyses and audits relevant to staffing

Performance Management

Action Performance Management tasks based on inbound requests

Provide clear and concise guidance to Talent Managers and review writers on process execution within systems

Global and Regional Reporting

Track and generate ad hoc reports related to Talent Management activities

Perform labor adjustments and time allotments rectification

Support TM Heads and Talent Managers with reporting and data needs

Program Management

Where opportunities permit, support a global Talent Management program with oversight (e.g., MBA sponsorship, NPF, Long Haul, KudOWs, etc.)

Other

Respond promptly and professionally to incoming requests

Collaborate with other teams as necessary to address requests

Build and maintain relationships with team members and key clients

Experience Required:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably working in performance management or HR administration

Technical Skills:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including basic formulas and pivot tables), Word, and PowerPoint

Basic understanding of systems and an aptitude for learning to operate new systems of medium complexity

Skills and Attributes:

Strong client needs focus and ability to work with stakeholders ranging in seniority level

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a global team in a multicultural environment with limited supervision

Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment

Ability to manage and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information

Highly organized and detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
