Job Overview:
Oliver Wyman is seeking a savvy and resourceful Recruiter to recruit passive candidates at all levels throughout the Americas. This role will focus on recruiting for internal (non-consulting) roles, including Marketing, Finance, Human Capital, Designers and EAs to name a few. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented Recruiter to join a rapidly growing organization with a great culture.
This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days per week in the Mexico City office. There is no option to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of recruitment cycle for assigned roles including: job postings, resume review, initial screen calls, interview and offer process, and sell efforts.
Maximize direct sourcing techniques to build a pipeline of qualified and diverse candidates.
Manage communications with candidates, acting as the ‘face of the company’ and ensuring a superior candidate experience.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements of roles and how they fit into the broader organization.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Maintain various trackers and reporting tools.
Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of recruiting experience. Agency experience strongly preferred.
Experience in a large, global matrixed corporate environment strongly preferred.
Experience using various sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent.
Strong track record of finding passive candidates to fill challenging roles.
Ability to operate with speed and urgency.
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (Workday, Taleo, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter
