Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

Ability to accurately track technical progress of complex airplane systems and software developmentAbility to plan, execute, and report status of complex software system development, managing a cross-functional and international team that includes engineering development, test, and systems integrationEnsure that execution is aligned with program goals and is on time and within budgetPerform risk management and mitigation planningProvide analytical and problem-solving skills to accomplish optimal project delivery and keep delivery running smoothlyCompare actual results to baseline plan to assess project performance, efficiencies, productivity, and lessons learnedAbility to keep stakeholders informed of up to date project status, including delivery progress, risks and roadblocks


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

Excellent verbal and written communicationsExperience with RTCA DO-178C airplane software development and certification requirementsExperience with airplane testing, verification, and delivery Experience with Agile software development processesExperience with Tier 1 project management toolsExperience with JIRA, MS Project and GitProject management and delivery throughout all stages of the project life cycle from planning to in service deliveryProject Management Professional (PMP) certification a plusBachelor's degree and 9+ years and/or advanced degree with 7+ years related work experience.An accredited degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry Preference for accreditation to come from ABET.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $175,000 - $220,000
