**Role : OKTA Developer** **Location: Hyderabad / Chennai** **Role Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled **Okta Developer** with 6–8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Okta’s Identity Engine platform and a strong understanding of authentication protocols and enterprise-grade identity solutions. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying secure identity solutions that support business and security objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop, configure, and deploy solutions using **Okta’s Identity Engine** platform. + Design and implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using **OAuth** , **OIDC** , and **SAML** . + Support and enhance **Single Sign-On (SSO)** , identity federation, provisioning, and **Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)** systems. + Conduct **risk assessments** , perform **gap analysis** , and lead **remediation efforts** related to Okta implementations. + Drive continuous improvements in IAM security posture and solution effectiveness. + Provide expert guidance on **AuthN/Z** strategies to meet evolving IAM security needs. + Lead the definition and review of **business, functional, and technical requirements** for IAM solutions. + Build **prototypes and proofs of concept** to validate new security technologies and approaches. + Collaborate within **Agile teams** using methodologies such as **Kanban** or **Scrum** . **Required Skills:** + Strong understanding of **IAM principles** and best practices. + Deep proficiency in **Okta’s Identity Engine** and its integration capabilities. + Expertise in **SSO** , **SAML** , **OIDC** , **JIT** , and **SCIM** protocols. + Proven experience implementing and supporting **Okta-based identity solutions** . + Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. + Prior experience working in **Agile environments** (Kanban/Scrum).
