The OFSE FP&A Strategic Planning Leader drives the long‑term financial and strategic planning agenda for the OFSE segment, connecting the Long‑Range Plan (LRP), the 6‑quarter integrated outlook, and enterprise growth priorities into a coherent, executive‑ready narrative. This role partners closely with OFS product lines, geozones, functions, and Corporate Finance teams, serving as the primary FP&A point of contact for Strategic Marketing and Supply Chain. By embedding a disciplined, forward‑looking planning framework, the role enables informed decision‑making, effective capital allocation, and enterprise‑level alignment.
As an OFSE FP&A Strategic Planning Leader, you will be responsible for:
· Driving the OFSE Long‑Range Plan (LRP), coordinating cross‑functional inputs and translating strategic assumptions into a clear, multi‑year financial trajectory.
· Leading the 6‑quarter rolling forecast and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle, ensuring alignment between commercial, operational, and financial perspectives while surfacing early risks and opportunities.
· Preparing OFSE Board of Directors and executive leadership materials, synthesizing performance, strategy, and outlook into concise, compelling narratives.
· Driving Strategy Deployment across OFSE by cascading LRP objectives into Annual Plan priorities and Goals & Objectives (G&O) for the OFSE CEO and Executive Leadership Team.
· Coordinating the financial framing of Enterprise Growth Priorities, linking strategic initiatives to long‑range planning, outlooks, and performance reporting.
· Supporting capital allocation decisions across OFSE by structuring business cases for strategic investments and programs, including evaluation of financial trade‑offs and returns.
· Delivering ad‑hoc strategic analyses for the OFSE CEO, CFO, FP&A Leader, and Executive Leadership Team, applying structured problem‑solving and analytical rigor to complex, cross‑functional topics.
To be successful in this role you will:
· Have a degree from an accredited university or college.
· Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance, including significant FP&A experience within complex, matrixed organizations.
· Demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear executive‑level insights.
· Show proven experience preparing Board‑ and CEO‑level materials, balancing accuracy, clarity, and strategic perspective.
· Bring deep expertise in long‑range planning, forecasting, scenario modelling, and integrated business planning processes.
· Have experience structuring strategic business cases and supporting capital allocation decisions, including NPV, IRR, and payback analyses.
· Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the credibility to partner effectively across functions and senior leadership levels.
· Excel in a global, matrix environment, combining strategic thinking with disciplined execution.
