Role Overview

Modeling of offshore steel structures using Staad Pro & SACS. Conducting regulatory checks of structures for transport fatigue. Designing reinforcements and modifications as required. Writing comprehensive calculation reports summarizing results. Transferring essential information for the development of structural plans.  

Skills & Qualifications

Mastery of offshore structural design and calculation specifics. Expertise in offshore installation methodologies. In-depth knowledge of applicable codes (API, AISC, etc.). Proficiency in Staad Pro & SACS offshore structural analysis software. Ability to adhere to project procedures regarding document circulation and task execution. Familiarity with project standards, rules, and study instructions. Technical English comprehension for reading and understanding technical documents. Strong technical reporting skills to communicate effectively with the Business Manager.  

Education & Experience

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field preferred. Experience as an offshore structural engineer on offshore topside EPC projects. Certifications: Relevant certifications in structural engineering are advantageous.
