Proven design skills and expertise is required. 

Experience in solutioning/design/development of large application to support High performance/ High throughput and high volume.

Knowledge of in-memory concept and must have used some in-memory tools like Redis/Chronicle etc.

Good knowledge of current / emerging technologies and trends

Good Communication, Presentation and Client Facing skills

Able to lead the project team and guide them in their deliverables.
