Contract: Outside IR35 | 6-month renewable (starting January 2026)
Location: Teesside (+20% travel to Kingston, London)

Airswift is recruiting for an experienced Offshore Methods Lead to join a major energy project focused on carbon capture and net zero. Reporting to the Installation Methods Manager, you will lead and coordinate the activities of the method engineering group, ensuring technical excellence and efficient delivery of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities Administer and implement the working programme in line with plans, design, and specifications. Interpret, implement, and improve proposed design solutions. Oversee document control, review, and distribution systems. Monitor and coordinate all phases of work progress, reviewing procedures, reports, and calculations. Ensure technical coordination with the client and attend interface meetings. Provide technical backup to the installation team and advise vessel management. Ensure completion of checklists and installation records for QC compilation. Participate in critical offshore tasks and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with requirements. What We’re Looking For Experience: 10–15 years in Oil & Gas/Energy projects with pipeline landfall methods activities. Education: Relevant degree or diploma. Certificates: OEUK medical. Skills: Team supervision, pipeline methods, landfall methods.
