Position: Offshore Construction Supervisor
Location: Offshore (Rotation-based 5weeks on, 5 weeks off)
Contract Type: 1 year contract
Start Date: January 2026
Airswift is proud to partner with a leading global energy company to recruit an Offshore Construction Supervisor for an upcoming offshore installation project. This role is critical to ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of offshore operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise offshore installation activities during 12-hour shifts, ensuring compliance with HSSE standards and project requirements. Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including ROV, Diving, Deck, Bridge, and FPSO personnel. Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and enforce Permit to Work (PTW) systems. Monitor progress, log shift reports, and escalate technical issues as needed. Contribute operational expertise to project preparation when office-based. Requirements Engineering degree or diploma preferred. Experience: Minimum 3 years in offshore subsea and mooring installation (Oil & Gas or Renewables). Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of offshore construction techniques, FPSO mooring systems, ROV operations, and lifting activities. Familiarity with industry regulations, HSSE standards, and best practices. Valid offshore certifications (BOSIET/FOET with HUET, OGUK medical). Desirable NEBOSH/IOSH certification. Experience with DP vessels and SIMOPS coordination. IMCA-related exposure for ROV/Diving operations.
