Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise offshore construction, hook-up, and installation activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor offshore works including HULL, LQ, topside modules, subsea system installation.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and project requirements.
- Represent the company at site (yard, offshore, logistics base) and report progress.
- Supervise loadout, transportation, and offshore installation operations.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Subsea Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in offshore construction or installation roles.
- Prior experience with floating offshore units, brownfield modifications, or hook-up.
- Familiarity with DP systems, heavy lift operations, and marine equipment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Certifications in PMP, BOSIET/OPITO preferred.
