Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
Maintain relationship with distributors & support Agency Hotline Service
Perform risk assessment of cases up to the authorization limit
Ensure the assigned new business cases comply with the Company’s New Business Policy & Procedures, Underwriting Guideline, Rule Book and service pledge
Handle agent’s reply through emails and phone
Assist Team/Managers to keep track of applications requests for producing monitoring and control reports
Ad-hoc assignment or projects
Job Requirements
University degree holder
Minimum of 2 years' working experience in life operations, candidates with LOMA designation would be an advantage
With CS experience is preferable
Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
Detailed oriented with excellent client oriented mindset
Proficient PC knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access)
