Officer / Senior Officer, Proposition and Product Development

Manulife is looking for this position supporting the development and ongoing maintenance of health protection products, as well as sales campaigns. This role will also be involved in supporting other initiatives related to the health protection product line.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Support the development and implementation of new products, product revamp and sales campaigns
+ Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on project schedule and timely delivery of required tasks and deliverables
+ Drive discussions or participate in focus groups that help to formulate product design, customer and distribution supports
+ Conduct market intelligence, product comparison and analysis that help to identify business opportunities and issues
+ Prepare and review product-related or campaign-related materials
+ Review user requirement and coordinate fulfillment for sales campaigns
+ Handle product enquiries from field forces
+ Support ad-hoc projects and other duties as required
**Required Qualifications:**
+ University degree in any discipline.
+ 2-4 years of experience in insurance industry with at least 1 years of experience in product development.
+ Knowledge of various types of life insurance products, particularly in protection products is preferred.
+ Team player, passionate, mature and independent in driving and handling counterparts. Ability to facilitate attainment of mutual agreement by communicating with diplomacy and tact, and gain commitment to decisions made.
+ Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to leverage key relationships and build networks to work effectively and deliver results.
+ Strong project management and organizational skills, considers diverse perspectives and uses tact to build support of own ideas.
+ Efficient MS application and Chinese input.
+ Fluent in written and spoken English.
+ Maintains commitment to goals, measures own work to track progress, while identifying and resolving challenges.
