Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Ability to read & understand a Credit Approval Memorandum Responsible for compiling & reviewing documentation prior to Loans/ Lease deals being funded.Maintain responsibility for accuracy of documentation.Loading transactions to Leasing / Loan applicationsProcessing payments to external agents/vendors/ borrowersPosition will work with Credit, Legal, Finance and Marketing personnel within the region to understand requirements and ensure transactions and processes meet required policy standards.Responsible for maintenance of records Manage and maintain records of Security Interests filing and discharge.Responsible for monthly reporting functions and assist in Audits.

Required Skills (must have skills to be minimally qualified):

Graduate in a recognized university.At least 2 years’ experience in maintaining accuracy of loan / lease documentation with limited supervision.Ability to review and understand credit approval reports.Customer service oriented, proficient level of Problem-solving skill.Clear, articulate oral and written communication skills.Strong computer skills (Excel, Word,), highly organized, work well in a Team environment.
