Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environmentManage office supplies, equipment, and maintenanceSupervise support staff (e.g., clerks, receptionists, drivers)Supervise the UG Drivers team Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for easy retrieval of recordsSchedule and coordinate meetings, workshops, and eventsMaintain employee records and attendance systemsHandle petty cash and expense reimbursementsAssist in procurement of goods and services following company policiesPrepare administrative budgets and monitor expendituresEnsure adherence to organizational policies and proceduresMaintain confidentiality of sensitive informationExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Qualification Requirements 

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related fieldStrong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Experience and Skills Requirements 

2–4 years of experience in administrative or office management rolesStrong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize effectivelyStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Accuracy in documentation and reporting

Collaborative approach to supporting colleagues and management

 Flexibility to handle changing priorities

Discretion in handling sensitive information
