Responsibilities:

Plan and execute all civil repairs and maintenance of buildings.

 

Ensure completion of civil construction directly or through contractors.

 

Painting and white washing of plants and equipments.

                                                                              

Plan and ensure the availability of civil material as per budget.

 

Optimum utilization and control of manpower.

 

Project budgeting based on estimation.

 

EHS Compliance.

 

Project execution by working with other engineering department.

 

Proper inventory control / monitoring the budgets to have control on allotted budget.

 

To ensure proper up – keep of the factory area.

 

Coordinating with vendors and contractors.

 

Contractor bills verification.

 

Learning and development by attending applicable training programmers.

 

To ensure necessary Maintenance completion in Plant.

 

To ensure that upkeep of plant for all time readiness for inspection

 

Compliance to GMP and statutory requirement related to civil activity.
