That’s why in early 2020 we began rolling out our expanded Paid Parental Leave Policy to include Citi employees around the world. + Citi provides access to an array of learning and development resources to help broaden and deepen your skills and knowledge as your career progresses. + We have a variety of programs that help employees balance their work and life. **In this role, you’re expected to:** + Provide timely and accurate delivery of transaction processing for custody settlement to fulfill its internal and external obligations + Provide prompt and professional advice to regional branches to ensure smooth operations + Participate in new release and client testing to ensure seamless transition. + Initiate and streamline process relating to controls, productivity and regional service enhancements. + Close monitoring of processing activities and system performance to ensure smooth operations to prevent settlement + Experience in custody operations, particularly, securities trade capture, settlements, pre-settlements functions + Re-engineer processes with the aim of streamlining operations and increase efficiencies **As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:** + 2-3 years of experience in Custody operations, particularly, securities trade capture, settlements, pre-settlements functions + Knowledge on Settlement process & system + Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment + Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication + Attention to detail and intermediate problem solving skills + Willing to work on Malaysia public holidays. + Ability to work on rotating or shifting schedule. + Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience Working at Citi is far more than just a job.
