Job Description:

Job ResponsibilitiesThis role will assist Market Intelligence, Solutions and Product Communications Team to prepare and conduct translation on the product / service promotion materials and training material in Eng and Simplified Chinese with cultural fit.He / she will assist the (MISPC) Team to collect the data for market research and provide input for product / sales process / service improvement.Help to post New Product Information with promotional message on social medias, such as SunLifers , IG etc, in order to enhance Agency’s new product awareness and help them create the product promotional message  to Agency/Broker channels.Responsible for the New Product Launch Training,  Agency & Broker regular client/channels seminar ( Health, Wealth, ILAS seminars etc) poster /materials Artwork and layout design and responsible for all the logistic arrangement, agency/brokers and client enrollments and registration, including due with legal and compliance for the poster and seminar’s content’s approval.Responsible for all the logistic arrangement on Voice of Agency and Brokers, consolidate and organize the data and feedbackResponsible for the sales tools UAT review from Channels’ point of view, in order to make sure the tools align with Agency / Brokers and Client’s expectations.Assist to prepare the channels communication memo on product and operations updates.Assist to review all the sales materials and deal with all business unites & legal compliance for all the materials review.Assist to deal with production vendor for the vendor management.Job RequirementsHigh Diploma or aboveAt least 2 year relevant marketing and event agency experienceExcellent coordination skills in execution among relevant departmentsTeam player and strong interpersonal skillsGood communication skill in both spoken and written English and Cantonese and PutonghuaStrong numerical sense.
