As an Office Support Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for reviewing and entering security clearance applications for the entire organization. This role involves handling government and personal information for employees, ensuring all data is accurately entered into the database.
ResponsibilitiesReview and enter 60-80 security clearance applications per day into the system.Enter and update data into Excel spreadsheets with a high degree of accuracy.Scan, index, file, and box documents for records archival.Perform additional administrative duties such as making copies and filing documents.Essential Skills1-2 years of heavy administrative or clerical experience in an office setting.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.Strong PC skills with a focus on accuracy, especially when dealing with government compliance.Experience with saving to USB drives and using internet browsers such as MS Edge and Chrome.Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.Strong attention to detail.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in customer service and maintaining confidentiality.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other clerical support tasks.Work EnvironmentThis role is based in a cubicle within an office setting, requiring 8 hours per day in front of a computer to enter employee information.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
