**Now Hiring: Office Supervisor — Jackson School District**
**Salary Range: $45,000–$55,000 annually (based on experience)**

This role works in close partnership with the Contractual Manager to support daily transportation operations, monitor performance, proactively address safety concerns, and resolve service issues to ensure consistent, on-time delivery.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Ensure home-to-school routes are covered efficiently and on schedule
+ Interface with drivers regarding concerns, coaching, and performance issues
+ Investigate client complaints and coordinate timely resolutions
+ Drive and monitor on-time performance metrics
+ Monitor driver safety and conduct Injury Prevention (IP) contacts
+ Assist the Contractual Manager with union grievance review and resolution
+ Ensure dispatch assigns spare drivers and buses to maintain route coverage
+ Audit and correct athletic trip invoices in accordance with company guidelines
**Required Experience & Skills**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 3–5 years of transportation experience
+ 2–3 years of supervisory experience
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
+ Working knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance processes
+ Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
+ Ability to work extended hours, including weekends
+ Reliable personal vehicle for travel within the service area as needed
