Office Services - Facilities Coordinator
Position Summary:   Position will oversee all activities related to building maintenance and manage services provided by facilities maintenance vendors that support the core of Penske operations within the Green Hills Corporate Center. The core responsibility of the position will be to ensure the facilities are clean, safe and all equipment that supports Penske interests are working properly. This position be involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations. Responsible for ensuring the Penske organization has a suitable working environment for its employees and their activities.    

Major Responsibilities:  
- Responsible for the maintenance of Computer Room and UPS room (environmental support systems including HVAC, fire suppression, environmental monitoring and alarms.
- Responsible for maintenance of critical power resources (UPS and generator systems)
- Ensure 100% uptime of Penske critical equipment supporting Data Center.
- On call 24/7 support for critical infrastructure and building management systems.
- Responsible for the maintenance of commercial restaurant equipment including cooking and refrigeration, ventilation systems, HVAC, fire suppression and housekeeping.
- Ensure 100% uptime of Penske critical equipment supporting cafeteria and catering.
- Communicate concerns to ranks of management is a clear and effective manner. 
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate service providers who support building and grounds maintenance in Green Hills.
- Responsible for the daily interaction of Green Hills property management.
- Support facility-planning initiatives including interoffice moves and rearrangements. 
- Oversee all housekeeping activities including the collection of trash and recycling.
- Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
 

      Job Qualifications:  - High School Diploma required - Trade school or additional studies in the area of HVAC and building management systems preferred. - Previous experience in building mechanical systems / building and grounds / housekeeping functions preferred. - Strong dedication to customer service. - Basic computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office software. - Valid Driver’s license required. - Flexibility to work hours outside of a regular schedule when requested. - Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job - Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
