Our client, a large corporate financial firm, is looking for an Office Services Coordinator to join their Administration Department. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a strong work ethic who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Purchasing and stocking office/kitchen suppliesReceive and sort daily UPS, USPS and FedEx deliveriesSubmit work orders for repairs for general office spaceManage schedules and organize meeting roomsSchedule equipment repairs with vendorsOther ad hoc administrative duties as assignedQualifications:
Bachelor's degree required2+ years of corporate office experience or demonstrated growth in white-glove hospitality industryProficiency with Microsoft OfficeExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsSuperb organizational and time management skillsBenefits: Beacon Hill offers a robust benefit package including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and federal and state leave programs as required by applicable agency regulations to those that meet eligibility.
