Position: Office Services Coordinator

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 6:00 pm

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly

The Office Services Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the team.

Responsibilities

Handle scanning, printing, copying, and mailing tasksCollect daily mail from the Post OfficeDistribute incoming mail, including FedEx and UPS packagesEnsure all outgoing mail is properly stamped, labeled, and sent out on time, including FedEx and UPS shipmentsMaintain and stock copy and printer stations with paper and other supplies dailyDeliver in-office mail and other deliveries to team members every hourAssist with trial preparation, including copying, binder preparation, and conference room setup.Perform copier maintenance tasks, such as calling for service, ordering toner, ordering paper and troubleshootingSet up and clean conference roomsKeep the lounge clean and fully stockedCoordinate deliveries with couriersMake local deliveries and retrievalsAssist with special event setup and cleaningMaintain and order office and kitchen suppliesProvide receptionist coverage when neededPerform other duties as assigned

Education, Experience, Skills, Other

High School diploma or equivalentAt least 2 years of experience in customer service, reception, or related areas - Law firm experience is requiredExcellent verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills
