Office Services Associate
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Services Associate to join our team on a contract basis in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, you will provide essential back-office support, including mail and copy services, as well as other operational tasks to ensure smooth office functionality. This position requires hands-on involvement with various office equipment and a proactive approach to maintaining an organized and efficient workspace. Responsibilities: • Perform daily office tasks such as managing reprographics, mail services, and document intake processes. • Maintain conference rooms and ensure they are tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies. • Operate and troubleshoot office equipment, including copiers and printers, ensuring minimal downtime. • Load and replenish paper, toner, and other materials in office machines as needed. • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned projects. • Communicate with supervisors and clients regarding job details, deadlines, or any issues that arise. • Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards. • Maintain organized logs and records of completed tasks and office activities. • Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs. as part of daily responsibilities. • Support additional office functions, including reception and hospitality services, as required. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent is required. • At least 1 year of office services experience, preferably in a corporate, legal, or banking environment. • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships. • Familiarity with general back-office procedures and a proactive approach to meeting client needs. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. • Must be a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse groups. • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and self-motivated attitude.
