Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented student to join our team in a part-time capacity for a 12-month term. This role supports the day-to-day operations of our office and records management functions, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency in administrative processes. ​


This opportunity is ideal for students in business or office administration programs looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting.

Key Deliverables:

Maintain and organize physical and digital records in accordance with company policies.Assist with document scanning, filing, and archiving.Support office operations including supply management, mail distribution, and meeting coordination.Prepare reports and summaries related to recordkeeping and administrative tasks.Provide reception relief/coverage (lunch, EDOs, vacation, sick time).Respond to internal inquiries regarding records and administrative support.Ensure confidentiality and data integrity across all recordkeeping activities.

What You'll Bring:

Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (Business Administration, Office Management, or related field).Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Familiarity with document management systems is an asset.A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
