Office Operations Coordinator
Job Description Insight Global is assisting a client in identifying a highly organized and proactive Office Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our office in Kennesaw, GA. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. The ideal candidate is experienced in office support, thrives in a dynamic setting, and is comfortable managing a wide range of responsibilities independently. Key Responsibilities:  Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones and managing the front desk area.  Process and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail, including FedEx and postage.  Manage check processing for insurance payments and commissions.  Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies; coordinate equipment repairs (e.g., coffee machines, postage meters).  Coordinate off-site storage logistics, including ordering and returning boxes.  Handle daily office tasks such as unlocking the office, running postage, and preparing for the days operations.  Organize and support company events, including ordering lunches and coordinating logistics.  Liaise with building management and vendors for maintenance and service needs.  Support internal teams with clerical tasks such as data entry, scanning, filing, and note-taking during training or meetings. Skills and Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in office support or administrative operations.  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and comfortable learning internal systems.  Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.  Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.  Strong communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.  Comfortable working on-site 5 days a week.  Stable work history  Ability to lift to 50 lbs (e.g., paper boxes).
