Job Description

Support the DC-CH Board with strategic initiatives in line with the division’s vision and mission to shape the future of DC-CH.  Support regional initiatives and coordinate activities to drive benchmark performance.

Primary Duties:

Assist executive management in daily business operations, strategic planning, and coordination of activities across business units.  Management liaison with CTG for monthly financial analysis reporting.Gather, analyze, and summarize business information for presentations, verifying this information to be presented and ensuring its applicability to the identified needs.  Preparing presentations for Management meetings.Organize visits of high-level stakeholders, incl. proactive planning of preparational meetings, presentation content and site visits.  Proactively coordinate, prepare, conduct and follow-up of key meetings relevant for an effective steering of the region.Participate and support strategic projects using formal project management (identify stakeholders, assign responsibilities, manage expectations, and deliver results).Other duties as assigned

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field plus 3 years of professional working experience.Quick understanding and ability to fulfill requests from senior management with very little instruction. Proven ability to solve problems creatively and independently.High level of self-motivation, a passion for change and drive for success. Proven experience in project and change management. Strong oral and written communication skills (presentation and facilitation skills). Workshop moderation skills.Ability to work well across organizational hierarchies and functional disciplines. Demonstrated ability to interact well with people of different levels and backgrounds.Strong time management, organization, and analytical skills.  Detailed orientated.

Annualized base pay between $80,000 to $90,000.
