Astria Health is seeking a Office Manager to join our team! This is for our Sunnyside location. This is a non-exempt position with day shift hours.
This position is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and management of the office, including telephonic and electronic communications, scheduling of in-office personnel, and billing and correspondence. You will:
Office operations that achieve agency goals of customer satisfaction, quality services, excellent personnel performance, and positive financial outcomes.Maintains patient confidentiality.Participates in departmental efforts in quality management as it relates to quality assurance, quality control, customer services, etc.Demonstrates support for the agency mission statement and philosophy to promote quality, efficient, comprehensive, and effective patient service. Coordinates or performs all office functions.Completes accurately and timely Incident Report(s), when needed, according to procedure.Adheres to hospital policies and procedures.Performs other duties as assignedCollaborate effectively across organizational boundaries.Adheres to the core values and standards of the organization.High School Graduation or GED. Two or more years of direct work experience in healthcare.Two or more years of office management experience.Oral and written fluency in the English language
