As the Office Manager, you will be the central point of contact for all administrative functions, accounting, interfacing with both client base and internal teams. Duties:
* Oversee all front office operations
* Manage accounts receivable/payable and payment processing
* Handle journal entries, bank deposits, and reconciliations weekly
* Process weekly payroll and update Deferred Revenue monthly
* Conduct invoicing, collections, and credit checks
* Generate monthly financial and inventory reports
* Prepare year-end documentation for tax filings and 1099s
* Collaborate with company leadership and external accountants
* Obtain insurance quotes and negotiate employee benefits
* Assist with employee onboarding and benefits navigation
* Maintain compliance documentation
* Manage office supply inventory and special projects
