Office Manager/Administrative Assistant
Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to join our team in San Francisco, California. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our office while supporting various administrative and facilities-related tasks. The role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys managing multiple responsibilities, and is comfortable being the primary person onsite when needed. Responsibilities: • Oversee office maintenance and ensure cleanliness, including managing kitchen and storage areas. • Coordinate vendor relationships and maintain office supplies to ensure timely restocking. • Handle incoming mail and packages, including scanning, sorting, and distributing them appropriately. • Assist with organizing company events and meetings, such as monthly all-hands gatherings, including ordering meals. • Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling and project coordination. • Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities-related needs, including badge management and visitor greeting. • Ensure the office environment is welcoming and functional for employees and occasional visitors. • Support the planning and execution of special projects as required. • Manage inter-office communication and maintain a well-organized workspace. • Collaborate with leadership to address operational needs and streamline processes. Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in office management, administrative support, or a similar role. • Proficiency in Google Suite tools for document creation, scheduling, and communication. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Experience coordinating events and managing vendor relationships. • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities in a hybrid office environment. • Vaccination compliance as per company policy.
