This position plays a vital role in coordinating operations, managing communication across departments, and ensuring accurate tracking of finances and resources. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in accounting, and a proactive approach to office and facilities coordination.
ResponsibilitiesProcess mail, invoices, employee expense reports, reimbursements, and petty cashTrack and monitor timecards, attendance, and employee reportingAssist HR with onboarding, training initiatives, and interview coordinationMaintain accurate digital filing systems and assist with system updates and reportingCompile and consolidate financial data for budgeting and forecastingMaintain accurate billing records and reconcile monthly vendor payments (SAP & Barn2Door)Coordinate delivery operations for Barn2Door to internal and external entitiesLiaise between Farm staff and HR to support smooth communication and process flowManage project calendars, team travel, and event coordinationCoordinate lodging reservations and seasonal event logistics Organize on-site/off-site meetings and social functions, including communication and setupMaintain legal, insurance, licensing, and safety certification recordsOrder and distribute branded logo inventory Submit inter-company equipment and service requestsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications and RequirementsAssociate degree or equivalent experience (10+ years may substitute)3-5 years of administrative or accounting support experienceProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPointExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teamsKnowledge of SAP and inventory coordination is a plusCustomer-focused mindset and ability to apply good judgmentBenefits and Perks$20 – $25/hr depending on experienceHealth, Dental, Vision & 401KWeekly payOpportunities for permanent placement and growthYour New OrganizationJoin a vibrant team that supports sustainable farm operations and community engagement.
