The office manager will ensure all policies and procedures are being followed at all times and assure customer issues are resolved in a timely professional manner.

3-5 years of supervisory experience High School diploma or equivalent experience Auto titling and auto industry experience Exposure to managing salvage titling and vehicle assignment processResponsibilities include (but are not limited to the following):
Coordinate and administer general business office activitiesSupervise branch and office services such as mail and messenger, duplicating, central filing, word processing, faxing, telephone, stationary supplies, order processing and security Maintain high levels of customer serviceDesign more efficient ways of processing workDevelop working relationships with vendorsFacilitate employee teamwork to meet our customers’ needsResolve branch-level employee issues
