Office Manager
Description We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support the broader team. Based in Boston, Massachusetts, this role is ideal for someone who excels in organization, communication, and multitasking. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the office runs smoothly while serving as a key liaison for staff and external vendors. Responsibilities: • Manage daily office operations, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace. • Coordinate and monitor office supplies and vendor relationships to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective solutions. • Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management and light executive assistant duties. • Assist in planning and executing company social events and staff gatherings. • Oversee reception duties, such as greeting visitors and managing incoming calls. • Maintain office aesthetics by ensuring common areas are well-kept and presentable. • Support remote teams with administrative needs and occasional travel to other locations. • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create documents, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed. • Act as the primary point of contact for operational inquiries and troubleshooting. • Foster a collaborative and detail-oriented office environment that reflects the company’s values. Requirements • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in administrative or office management roles. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented approach. • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is preferred. • Familiarity with basic office equipment and technology. • Experience in maintaining office calendars and scheduling. • Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
