What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years of office/administrative experience.Associate degree minimum required (Bachelor's Degree Preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Nice to have: experience with Concur and JDE.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Work Environment
The position is Monday through Friday (onsite) from 8am-5pm with a one-hour unpaid lunch.
This is a front-desk position where you’ll keep the office running smoothly, support leadership with light administrative tasks, and assist with special projects.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk—greet visitors, answer phones, and manage email correspondence.Oversee office operations, including ordering and maintaining supplies.Provide minimal executive support to the Chief IT Officer (calendar management and occasional travel arrangements).Assist with special projects such as purchase orders, monthly reporting, and expense tracking.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office needs.Maintain calendars and organize meetings as needed.Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Mokena, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
