Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and personable Office Manager to oversee back-office operations and provide administrative support for our branches in Savannah, Charleston, and Myrtle Beach. This role will be instrumental in implementing new systems, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, and serving as the forward-facing point of contact for customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with AR/AP responsibilities, and enjoys working collaboratively with branch managers.
• Stand up and manage back-office operations
• Learn and implement new CRM software (Real Green) launching December 1
• Handle administrative tasks and scheduling through CRM
• Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable: credit card reconciliation, collections, balancing books, sending past-due statements
• Manage customer service and phone lines (seasonal volume up to 40 calls/day during spring)
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Support branch managers by taking on tasks to free up their time
• Collaborate with 3 branch managers and oversee processes for 10–12 crews
$60,000 to $65,000- Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an office manager, accounts receivable, or accounts payable focused role
- Personable and professional demeanor – this role will be the first level of customer service for customers
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable handling AR and AP responsibilities
o Invoicing
o Payment scheduling and processing
o Monitoring aging reports and collections
o Reconciliation
o Purchase order matching
- Ability to manage office operations independently
- Previous experience with CRM systems
- Willingness to learn new software and processes
- Ability to drive process creation and efficiency
