Summary: Seeking an Office Manager to support operations and ensure efficient office management within a food industry setting.
Minimum 2 years of Office Management experience in manufacturing, preferably food industry
Basic understanding of SQF, HACCP, GMPs, and Food Safety
Responsibilities:
Assist Director of Operations and Operations Manager with operational tasks
Handle conflict resolution and promote open communication
Manage visitor logs and greet clients/guests
Support staff with general tasks, including phone and email management
Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule appointments
Maintain office cleanliness and order supplies as needed
Record payroll hours for CFO
Assist with hiring processes and new hire orientations
Schedule interviews and manage temp services for staffing needs
Update master schedule for vendor visits and employee schedules
Suggest workflow improvements for efficiency
Pay Details: $32.00 to $40.00 per hour
