Office Manager

 

Summary: Seeking an Office Manager/HR Manager to oversee daily office operations, manage a team, and handle HR issues for a busy law firm.

Job Requirements:

Proficient in calendar management software and MS Office Suite

Experience in training development

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent phone etiquette

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with a law firm, medical clinic, or surgery center

Spanish reading and speaking skills

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily office operations

Handle employee relations and HR issues

Oversee a team of 20+ employees

Manage calendars and ensure timely reminders

Greet visitors and assist clients as needed

Train and develop office staff on procedures and policies

Ensure efficient use of phone systems and other office equipment

Answer phone calls professionally

Maintain inventory of office supplies

 

 

 

 



Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
