Robert Half is seeking a skilled Office Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations and provide vital support to staff and leadership teams within a fast-paced environment. If you’re a motivated problem-solver with a passion for creating efficient workflows, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
+ Oversee office operations and administrative staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
+ Manage office budgets, monitor expenses, and maintain tracking systems for supplies and resources.
+ Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and team activities, including logistics and facilities preparation.
+ Work closely with leadership to streamline office policies and procedures, identifying areas for improvement.
+ Supervise maintenance, repairs, and system upgrades to ensure the office environment remains safe, functional, and well-organized.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies regarding records management, confidentiality, and workplace safety.
+ Provide leadership in onboarding and training for new administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
+ Prepare reports, correspondence, presentations, and other documents as needed to support leadership initiatives.
+ Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
Requirements
+ Proven experience in office management, administrative leadership, or a similar role is required.
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with office management software is a plus.
+ Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
+ Attention to detail and ability to implement efficient processes and workflows.
+ Proactive problem-solver with a professional and resourceful approach to challenges.
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business administration or a related field is preferred.
